The process all began three years ago as in the mind of a doctoral student, who realized that there were far to many persons around him who were not meeting their God given potential in home, church and the society. In his research he came across the concept of coaching for the secular environment. Having investigated discipline and seeking for biblical models the realization came to him that a great percentage of the concepts that were being utilized in the secular business, world were very biblical in their nature.

A closer look help him to realize that maybe the secular minds actually came up with these principles from the creator himself who is the greatest example of the incarnation leadership that we could find. Hence “ The Power Of With”. My quest for support of this disciple in a Christian setting led me to connect with Alex and the Florida Conference Leadership team who I will be eternally indebted to for their willingness to share and grow others, aiding my blossoming.

The aim of “The Blossoming Place” is to help willing and available persons to have a positive experience in your understanding and applying coaching skills, so that these life-enriching skills are appreciated, and integrated into leadership and personal roles. These skills have proven to be essential to leading well and finishing well in life. The goal is not to make professional coaches, but greater, and more effective servant leaders. It is our hope that you will acquire the skill and a command of the principles.

Secondly, Coaching One on One provides coaching to individuals in the areas of health, Family, Leadership, financial management, and other areas of life. The goal to have individuals and groups blossom in the desert of life. Isaiah 35:1
